DVD2DVD-R 1.3.4 help?

Hi I have DVD2DVD-R 1.3.4 the program work fine excpet one thing on the after evry thing is done whit IfoEdit I am geting lines on the pepole and things when the camara moves to side to side or move fast please help if therse an option I need to click on?

what movie is it?? is it pal or ntsc??
what bitrate did you use???
those the only things i can think ATM.
