is it possible to make audio dvd's from audio cd or from mp3 file, if so what software isbeing used and possibe inst site

I had a look at the Eagles DVD audio that I own

the Audio_TS file had nothing in it

in Video_TS there was 1 PGC

only inspection it has a dts soundtrack and dolby digital

so maybe if you put a basic menu

convert wav or mp3 into DTS or dolby dig then just put that one timeline with a Jpeg as video on timeline maybe? or have I misunderstood the question?
