I have wrote a VERY simple guide for complete beginners. (Edited as requested)

I like this guide alot better than the one you posted last time. Good thing you got rid of the Underline and Im glad to see that you added a link for a legit version of Divx 5.02.

One thing I noticed is that the Overflow for the MP3's is too low. 4MB is not enough for a 2 CD Movie.
A movie that's 2 hours long should have that at least ~7 MB of overhead.

Also setting the Max Quantisizers down to 4 is a waste of bits on scene's that don't need them.

The overflow of 4Mb with the settings described in my guide has produced NO PROBLEMS what-so-ever on the 20-25 DVD backup encodes I have done to date!
