Newbie prob with anime

First real thread and hopefully not the last. I´ve been using the DVD2SVCD bundle for some time now. With good results. It just keeps on getting better. So i turned to animes. Woops - not so good. I´ve tried tons of different settings, not really knowing what i did, cos of my huge lack of technical knowledge and some translation probs. I dont know how to program, but it seems from the forum and the guides, that one has to use filters. Scriptings. Ouch - not my thing.

So on to the main prob. In scenes with high amount of motion i get blurry, shimmering, ghosting ( dont really know what to call it ) noise around the edges!!! (i think). And the answer is to write your way out of it. Hmm.

Can anyone give me links, threads or tips on some easy-to-use guides that can show an ignorant like me, how to do the scripting thing with PAL R2 animes? Hope you can decipher the above.

I´ll try to make some sence out of my description. In the clip the lines all around their bodies, the lines of the water and when there is a colorchange, are blurry. Thats the most anoying problem to the eyes, i think. Does that make sence? If i´m babbling, just ask away.:)

Is that the encoded frame or the source frame?

This is the encoded frame. I used these settings, which were the best possible in approx 25 attemps with various settings. Maybe it can help. I only used the DVD2SVCD bundle.

I'm wondering how the source frame looks.

It might be worth asking the mod to move this to the DVD2SVCD forum. People there will probably be able to help you better.

I might just do that. I´ve been doing a little bit of digging and found some threads that could be worth checking out. I do have problems understanding many of these threads and guides but maybe it´ll come to me. But thanx for your time anyway.
