ello anyone help i have a xvid.avi film im tryin to convert to svcd ,im lettin it convert 5 mins and watchin it and it seems to stutter every 7-10 secs, the sounds fine just the vid. ive checked the frame rates and they ok. anyone got any ideas would b grateful cheers:)
