Changing region 0 to region 1 question???

I would like if someone could give me the necessary steps in changing the regions from 0 to 1 in IFOEdit.

region 0 DVDs work flawlessly on all DVD players worldwide, on region 1 players too.

Changing it doesn't make any sense to me!

Some players (e.g. Pioneer 454) apparently will not play a dvd-r if it is R0. I don't own a Pioneer, but read that a few times on other boards.

@bartyxnyx: maybe ask in the ifoedit forum, I can't afford dvd-r hardware :( & have no idea about ifoedit.
