can't find subtitles?

i've tried ripping the subs from a movie (a better tomorrow 2 world cinema rls), but subrip doesn't find any.
Subripper however says there's a dutch stream, but it can't find any subs either.
When i rip the subs from the menu, both rippers can find them, but the actual movie is unfindable.... HELP :confused:

Use DVD Decrypter and using Stream processing to extract the subs, if they exist. Work from there.
