I have a film that is NTSC based and I want to turn it into PAL. I was wondering if this is possible and if so can anyone tell me how please. TKS:D

very good question since i am having the same problem at the moment. biggest problem will be reducing the framerate from 29,97fps to 25fps.
anyone any ideas?
