Nic's WM Encoder (Problem with NTSC frame rate)

Hi,
NTSC frame rate move (23.976 or 29.970) are encoded
at 23 or 30 fps respectively.

Hi,

I found another problem :( .
Encodings with audio and without audio, at the same video
bitrate, differs in size and quality.
WM files with audio are smaller :confused: .
For example:

9min 16sec video without audio (File size: 69.834 KB):
Bitrate: 1000000, Quality: 100, FPS: 23.976, Sek/KF: 3
Use Constrained VBR, Quality: 100, Max Bitrate : 3000000

The same video with WMA9 128 Kbps stereo sound:
File size - 37.792 KB.
