I have a new Sony DVP-CX875P which takes advantage of the DVD Text to catalog the potential 300 disks. I am attempting to create DVD versions of my home movies and would like to add this feature. I have looked at IFOEdit, but it does not seem to be able to add the information. I am sure that there are some authoring tools that include this but I am using Pinnacle Studio 8 and for now would like to author with it and add the DVD Text some how. Does anyone have experience with this feature?

Does anyone know of a more manual way to accomplish this?

Since you have the Sony changer now, you may want to look into getting a program that will control it!!

I have seen this and it looked very cool until I needed to buy the $250 sLink-e device. I think I will pass on that for now. Unless you know of a less expensive interface.

Well, you are right, the Slinke is far too high a price. but when you consider that it can control all your CD changers as well as your dvd changer, and many more IR devices out there, like your amplifier, it's not so unreasonable.
Anyway, I wish you luck!
