Basically I've ripped DVD of Martin Lawrence. I followed the guide listed here http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38843..."IFOEDIT and CCE THE RIGHT WAY." So, I ripped the DVD, left the original menus and taken out the other language and extras and got about 5.81 gigs. I followed the CCE guide and encoded the main movie files to about 4gigs. Now, I'm basically clueless in what to do and how to author it with IFOEDIT with the original menus and chapter points. I know there are many tutorials listed in the forums, but majority are incomplete without details. SOMEONE PLEASE GET ME THROUGH THIS...I've wasted about 13 DVDS already trying to reencode dvds with the original menus and no extras. I'm only lucky to burn DVD that fit 4gigs when extras are taken out. SOMEONE PLEASE GET ME THROUGH THIS AND HELP, THANKS.

Continuing from my previous post, after encoding multiple pass with CCE, I have a mpv and vaf file. My mpv file is about 3.8gigs. Afterwards, I'm lost...someone please kindly help me. My only author program also is IFOEDIT, so please help me out recompiling everything together with the original menus. THANKS

now that u have your m2v and hopefully your ac3 audio file i would suggest reading the DVD Maestro Guide of Scenarist guide..that is what u need..we cannot give you detailed instructions on authoring the dvd without u trying and following the guide..hopes this helps.
