First time user trying to convert downloaded AVI to SVCD to play on standalone DVD.After much reading, several triesand downloading Codecs, I finally got the encoder to process the AVI video and Audio. However during the bbMPEG process, I got an error message saying"Input file c:\Program File\DVD2SVCD\Movie\Encoded-Audio-1.mp2 was not found. When I open this directory with explorer the file is there??
Can anyone suggest solution

Hi and welcome to the forums-

A couple of things come to mind. You could hit Recover in the Misc. Tab of DVD2SVCD and try to pick up where you left off (and make sure the audio is named exactly as the error message said and that it's truly an mp2 and not a wav file). And if that doesn't work, then you can do the remaining steps (muxing and splitting, Bin-Cue creation, and burning) manually. So, here's the bbMPEG Guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/bbmpeg.htm) for muxing and splitting, and the VCDEasy Guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/vcdeasy.htm) for Bin-Cue creation and burning. All of that stuff is pretty easy. Good Luck.

And when you get better, you should find that you can do a better job yourself, than by downloading someone else's work.

Appreciate your help. The file is a wav...even though the file extension is MP2??

How do I fix this?

Right-that's a known issue with the current version. It should be fixed shortly. In the mean time, do the audio encoding to mp2 manually, make sure it's named properly and then go through the recovery process.
