I just tried this today because I was so mad and was willing to try anything, but I'm surprised it didn't come to me sooner...
When going to pulldown a .mpv file, has anyone ever tried right-clicking the .mpv, and selecting to "Open With" pulldown.exe? That was the ONLY way I could get pulldown to work properly...any other way and I would get an error that said pulldown could not read the .mpv. So good...I can now do a 2:3 pulldown on an .mpv, but heres the thing that still bothers me; pulldown can be used for more then converting .mpv's to .m2v's. If this is the only method I can get to work for doing a pulldown, I'm not going to be able to use any of the other features pulldown.exe has to offer....:(
