Whats with the number of title sets in VIDEO_TS.IFO ???

Hi all,

did a few succesfull DVD9 splits to 2xDVD5, now I have a small problem with triple x (xXx)...

- Ripped with DVD decrypter as usual
- Splitted the main movie (VTS_02_*.*) with IfoEdit, corrected original IFO files, no new ones (movie only) because I want to have the trailers on BOTH discs

Because VTS_01_*.* title set is required for proper functioning of the DVD I copied them over from the original (500meg behind the scenes) and also copied over the original VIDEO_TS.IFO

Everything works perfectly in PowerDVD on the pc but on any standalone dvd player I only get to see the Columbia Tristar logo...

I suspect it's because VIDEO_TS.IFO has a lot more title sets than are actually on disc1, the title sets of the specials and stuff are on disc2. You don't change the number of title sets by just GET VTS SECTORS...

What to do....?:confused:

did you remember to copy the VTS_02_0.vob?

Eeeej Dirk,

VTS02_0.VOB is the menu and naturally I copied it over...
Like I said the DVD-R works perfectly in PowerDVD on the pc.

Anybody?
