forced film off?

I back up DVD to Dvdr. If I don't use the force film does it affect the movie quality at the end? I use dvd2avi frameserve to cce and then use pulldown.exe. To drop 3.2 pulldown.

It doesn't affect the picture quality, but it does cause the video stream to become extremely jerky and the sound is out of sync as well. Always use Pulldown for NTSC video.
