Edit thread titles

Hi!

When editing a posting, it is possible to edit the thread title because there is a input field, but the changes will not be saved, because obviously only operators can do this.

In this case, the thread title IMO should be display as a simple text to avoid this misunderstanding.

In my case I tried to correct a typing error in the thread title. :(

actually, the changes will be saved. It's just that what you can edit is the bold text above your post, not the link in the forum overview (this requires moderator privileges). I suppose the developers had a reason for doing this, I personally think the thread starter should be able to change the title but my php guy is about to leave on an extended holiday so it will have to wait.
