I have 98% FILM in the stat windows,

Which one is your choice :

1. use ForceFilm feature from DVD2AVI to make it 23.97fps ?

or

2. leave it 29.97 and use IVTC (use Decomb from Avisynth) ?

First I would check that it's not just the intro and credits that are NTSC. If it is the intro/crdits then use Force Film. If you find NTSC parts in the middle of the film then use Decomb.
