Hi people. I don't know if this is the right forum but I have a problem encoding WM9 from .vob files.
I thing it is really amazing that the Windows Media 9 Encoder reads from vob directly and encode it. My problem is that it doesn't encode the right fps.
In the Monitor window it shows the right fps in the Expected fps, but on the Avarage fps it shows 2fps and it does encode only that! Do you guys know if there is any options to change it?
