bad company r2

I am reauthoring bad company r2. It's a simple lay-out:

2 pgcs, one angle:

pgc1: the movie
pgc2: a black still

Reauthoring with scenarist.I keep one audio track and one subtitle track.
Use ifoupdate to update the original update.

After this the dvd won't play anymore. In ifoedit it just stops. In powerdvd it stops too. I have to press play a couple of times to get into the menu. I think it has something to do with the black still, but can't figure it quite out.

Any help appreciated.

I have backed up most of my dvd's at this point using the same method ...

all perfect
the latest one I have tried is
Bad Company
went through the whole process twice and same problem occured

It played perfect up until chapter 9 about 53 mins into the movie,
then the picture started sort of shaking mostly at the top.
would sort of remind me of a disc wobbling.
burned it to Datasafe/Ritek discs which I never had a prob with

I only kept the main movie and two audio channels.
ie
ac3 5.1
and
dts
I have done this b4 with excellent results.

Can somebody enlighten me on what might be wrong ??

if you llok at the original ifo the chapter structure looks quite strange at chapter 10. I don't know how it works. Maybe it has to be split by vob-id? I attached the original Ifo
