I've used the search button a few times, but came up emtpy handed.

Where, what, and how exactly do i setup to do a 1-pass 100% quant1-2 encoding with divx5?

There are two ways to do it. Both require that you use Gknot to save the .avs and encode the audio only.

1) Use the .avs as input, set the parameters in Vdub, and encode. Doom9 has an old guide that can help, from the days when DivX 5 was new, and Gknot was DivX 4. I can't provide the link, as I can't get in to the main website at the moment. But Vdub is fairly easy to learn to use.

2) Use Jonny's "Divx5enc" tool, which is a Vdub front-end, of sorts. It's available from http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22532

In both cases, you'll need to mux the audio with Nandub or an equivalent tool. Doom9 has a guide (and I'd point you there, if I could).
