Any idea what this error message means?

Hi,

I'm using CCE SP v2.50 to encode avi files I've captured to DVD compliant MPEG2 files. However, I've been getting the following error message quite often recently:

cce encoding failed: ICDecompressEx() failed (-367)

The avi files are captures of home VHS tapes using the PicVideo MJPEG codec at 720x480 resolution and 48kHz PCM audio. Each avi file is segmented at 2gigs.

The error message occurs during the first pass of a 2-pass VBR encode. I ran the same avi file through MainConcept's encoder as well as TMPGEnc and they were encoded with no problems. Any ideas what may be crashing CCE?

i AFAIK the number of frames max in cce 2.50 should be 32767

The particular clip which I am using that CCE crashes on is only 9990 frames in length.
