I've got my DVD authored and it looks pretty much how I want it. I have a first play video and then a main menu. From the main menu I have buttons that link to the main movie, some "extras" movies, and some other menus. Everything seems to work correctly.

However, sometimes I can hit the "previous chapter" (|<) or "next chapter" (>|) buttons while viewing the main movie (in the first or last chapter) and see the first play or "extras" movies. I can also hit these buttons while viewing these auxiliary movies and view other movies.

I don't see anything about what to do when these buttons are clicked, so how do I eliminate this unwanted behavior?

This is taken from the Maestro manual...

Not all DVD players operate the same way when the end-user presses the Next Chapter button on his or her remote control. If the DVD player is playing back the last chapter of a DVD Movie, most — but not all — will ignore this user action to skip to the next chapter. Some DVD players bring the user to the next movie on the disk, which is usually not a desired effect.

When you select DISABLE LAST CHAPTER SKIP, this forces the Next Chapter user operation to be disabled during the last chapter of a DVD Movie. This will ensure that all players — even those that don’t implement this operation as a default — will behave consistently in play. Keep in mind, though, that if you check this box, this prevents the user from returning to the beginning of a movie if they are in Chapter 1 and press the "Previous Chapter" button. The "Previous Chapter" button will not work until the title is in at least Chapter 2, where it will return the user to the previous chapter.
