change and last-cd-pic not working? [Archive]

I tried to use a changeCDpic on a svcd I was making, but to no avail.

First I used a mpeg created with vcdeasy for this, but nothing showed up at the end of the cd.
Then I tried it with a bitmap picture, which was correctly turned into a mpeg stream by cce, but again there was no pic in the final image file, where it ought to be in the segment directory.
Next an idea struck me. Because I was only making one cd at a time, D2S might be thinking, there is no need to change the cd. So I tried the pic as last-cd-picture, but it didn't show up either!

Might there be a problem adding this type of pic to only one cd by D2S? Or is it some other kind of problem?

Btw I'm using D2S 1.1.0 1c and tried both, I-Author and VCDXBuild, for authoring and making the cd-image-file.

Hello!
If you create only one cd, there will be the title pic, the last cd pic (if you check them), but no change cd pic (even if you check it). This is logically right, because if you only have one cd, there is no need to change the cd during the movie.;)

Could you post your your log file and your xml-file (using cut and paste)?

Since those pictures are not part of your main video stream, they need playback control to play so set PBC=ON on your player.

You are right. But since the files aren´t in the segment directory of his SVCD, i think there went something wrong.

Thanks for the input, but PBC is on. I also just tried changing it from "use selection" to "use playlist" but nothing changed.
Unfortunately I already deleted the original files from my last conversion, but I just did a quick sample.

Quick Note @ inliner: Be careful about your use of !!! and ??? in posts. Rule #9 forbids it in topic titles, but it's not a good idea to use it elsewhere either. Don't wanna form any bad habits :)
