When I do a 2-pass movie, why in RealOne the bitrate looks like CBR? Is it trully VBR?

I am not sure I understand. The bitrate displayed by the player is the average for the whole file, and will not vary over time. In other words it does not show the bitrate variations. The same is unfortunately true for the graph in the Playback statistics. I wish this would have shown the VBR variations, but alas, it does not.
