View Full Version : Demultiplexing SVCD Video

Hi all,

not sure if this is the right forum to post but I thought it's the most suitable: I have an SVCD with zu language streams. I can demux the 2 audio streams with DVD2AVI, but how can I get the video stream back without reencoding it (for further authoring)? TMPEGEnc always gives me a: "Illegal MPEG stream" warning. Any hints?

thanks

You can also try with an application called 'demuxone' included in DVMPEG from Darim Vision. It works when others demuxers fail.

@htc10825

You can download a demo of dvmpeg from www.darvision.com (or
alternatively you can use ftpsearch for files that begins with
dvmpeg.

I think that the demuxone application works without restrictions.
