SVCD chapters with nero?

Hi, I always use Vcdeasy to create an image of my encoded MPEG2 to burn onto a SVCD. I use it because I can create chapters.

I tried sometimes to use Nero. My DVD player (Philips DVD 723) doesn't display the time with Vcdeasy discs, while it does it wiht nero ones. So I'd prefer to use Nero instead of Vcdeasy, but I didn't found a chapter option.

Is it a way to create a SVCD with chapters using NERO?

Keep VCDEasy, sell or exchange the Philips DVD - that's my advice.

I read the threads, I already know all problems of my DVD player, but I'm not going to change this player untill MP4 standalone players come up (with a moderate price :) )

But, do my SVCDs play correctly (with the time displayed) on other players?

On all "good" players except the Philips one.

But one more advice:
The displayed (elapsed)time of SVCD on a dvd player is mostly incorrect if you SVCD dose not have a regular bitrate. In following thread I've explained why(under "important"):

I knew that displayed time sometimes isn't perfect, but I'd like to get it because Philips DVD 732 allows me to RESUME a movie only if time is displayed (i tried it many times). VCDs are displayed correctly and resumed. SVCDs (both CBR and VBR) aren't.
