Hi-
Didn't you say in the other thread that you encoded The Matrix in DivX5 through GKnot? But as it also uses VDub, what you're experiencing shouldn't happen. What did you do in between the 2 encodings? Did you by chance install GKnot 0.27? And did you install both the RipPack and the SystemPack as you should? If so, maybe try and reinstall them both again.

Hi , You are mistaken me.
I do not even have the matrix dvd =]
But i Installed them as in the web page says
After I encode the audio , wait for the besweet encode to end.
Them , according to the guide I should open the Virtualdub and open the .avs file , but it says (unknow file type)

Hi-
You're right-my mistake-sorry.
I believe you get that message if AviSynth isn't installed. Did you install both the GKnot 0.27 SystemPack (http://gknot.doom9.org/Software/GordianKnot.SystemPack.1.0.Setup.exe) followed by the GKnot 0.27 RipPack (http://gknot.doom9.org/Software/GordianKnot.RipPack.0.27.Setup.exe)?
If you did already, then maybe reinstall the SystemPack again. If that doesn't work, then perhaps someone else has an idea.

no need to uninstall anything...
just install the full system pack as manono recommended and everything will be fine.
