I hope anyone can hep me with the following. I have tried to compress Episode 2 with CCE. I get a .m2v file which is build out of the french and the english version. I am getting every picture 2 times. It is the pal version and it has 2 angles (i suppose this is the problem) The second time I ripped the movie with smartripper and just ripped the first angle and compressed with ReMPEG. The file is ok now (quality is not so good), but when I use Ifoedit to author I can't get the subtitles to work anymore.
Can anybody help me, please?

why not ripp the movie with dvd decrypter in ifo mode and select movie only , I did this and have no problem with multi languages or pictures in my back up ( dvd decrypters defaults select angle 1 only )by the way if you have used rempeg to re-encode it you will have a twitch in the film as the opening dialog scrolls up and then about half way through the film it will return , better useing CCE to re_encode it :) ,the sub titles problem will have to be extracted with chapter xtractor and then multiplexed with IfoEdit dvd author option
however if you have used rempeg you could just use the remux option in Ifoedit which will give you the correct m2v file and ac3 and subtitles

Thank you both for your reply. I will try both of the options.
