instead of having a title picture i made a small movie (its just a title picture with a 2 second sound effect) that i want to show before the movie. in the "CD Image" tab i select the .mpg file and start converting the movie. when it start to encode the movie i get an error saying it can't find the .avs file. sorry for not knowing exactly what the error message said. i did a quick search on the forms and didn't find anything for an intro movie. could anybody tell me how i would add a small movie (to replace the titlepicture) to my SVCD's?

Thanks

On the CD Image tab just check "Do not make images", then burn the final encoded mpg and your intro mpg with VCDEasy. Be sure to have enough disk space on your CDR (on the bitrate tab put on CD size something like 790MB).

Hope that helps!

Hello!

If you choose a file with the extension *.mpg as titlepic, dvd2svcd wont convert it. It can be an already encoded MPEG Sill or compilant SVCD Video and will be played before the main movie. Thats why I think that your error message has nothing to do with the intro movie.

But if you only want to add an audio to your titlepic check out this plugin (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40374) for dvd2svcd. It will do the job for you in a quite elegant way.
