View Full Version : VCD doesn't behave correctly in DVD player

Hi folks here, I am turning out tu you as experts here, I need an advice, please.
I created VideoCD (Aliens movie) in Nero 5 using its assistant from *.mpg file. It uses 2 CD's. When I put those CD's into DVD player, no problem with playing, it starts play movie correctly and fine. But problem appeares when I try pause CD or rewind it backward or forward, it doesn't work. But interesting thing is that it doesn't work only with first CD, second is working properly. I am sure I created them by exactly same way... My DVD player is Grundig.

Check www.vcdhelp.com to see if your DVD player can play vcds properly.

Try this:
turn the PBC off - on remote control, press th PBC button. More info see my posts in folloeing threads:

Why?
I guess the nero software burned the cd 1/2 with PBC, and cd 2/2 without PBC.
