which card for dv to vhs?

I'm making a little video CV for myself, but unfortunately it has to end up in VHS format. Is there a card out there that can handle video in AND out?

If you want video in and out, possible a cheap option... have you got a VIVO graphics card. If DV input is really a necessity, then you can pay quite a bit for cards like that. In the region of £100+ as I remember, you also often need (or always? - it isn't really my field), a FireWire port.
