Just received my copy of the Star Wars Trilogy DVD. It is basicly a Laserdisc transfer. It seems to be interlaced. I want to make a 2 CD copy with the 409 meg AC3 track. Any suggestions?

hi,
0. making illegal copies of illegal copies doesn't cancel each other out :eek:
1. keep no extra seconds (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?threadid=37148) at the end of cd1 or at the start of cd2
2. neutral resize filter
3. at least 640x272 (rather 672x288)
4. don't decompress ac3: just mux with nandub
5. enable special features of DivX5pro
6. field deinterlace and play .avs in mplayer to check picture etcetc
