Pulldown Problem

I have Windows Xp and I cannot get pulldown to work right on my machine when I double click it a dos screen pops up for less than a second and then its gone. Pretty Much all of my movies that I want to do with CCE 2.64 Sp will be NTSC if that helps any. Please Help

open the dos command prompt first, then type your commands in, do not double click anything
