Nooby question: Debugview Output (2nd pass)

Hi Folks,
searching this forum and doing some google searches ect. I found no sufficient answer to my question (In case I just did not find an answer that was actually there, please strike me!).
During Xvid 2nd Pass, I have an Debugview output like this:

00000002 0.00015086 [1868] quant:2 threshold at 679 : -84 percent
00000003 0.00221648 [1868] quant:3 threshold at 22208 : 419 percent
00000004 0.12344893 [1868] 2nd-pass: quant:2 H.263 intra stats1:1872 scaled:1858 actual:1872 overflow:0 movie
00000005 0.39954324 [1868] 2nd-pass: quant:2 H.263 inter stats1:94 scaled:94 actual:94 overflow:0 movie

and so on. Now my question is: What do these lines mean?

00000002 0.00015086 [1868] quant:2 threshold at 679 : -84 percent
00000003 0.00221648 [1868] quant:3 threshold at 22208 : 419 percent

Well, as far I remember I have answered this in an other thread but here it goes...

quant:3 threshold at 22208 : 419 percent

(avg scaled framesize:4278) * ( 419%[=4.19] + 1 ) = 22203bytes (quant 3 thres).

This means that from this frame size and over the codec will use quant3..From this and to 679 it will use quant2..The percent is the deviation from avg size...

So your movie will probably end with a quant 2.3-2.6 :) (I suppose)...
