You have some type of a format issue with your DVD .ifo files. Rather than using the DVD-Video format, use DVD-ROM UDF/ISO format. Drag both the VIDEO_TS folder and AUDIO_TS folder into the window and create the DVD that way. It will ignore the reallocation error. Depending on your stand alone player and how non-compliant the disc is, it may or may not play.

My version of Nero does not appear to have the DVD-ROM UDF/ISO format availible to use. Only gives me DVD-video or Create DVD from an image file. How do I get to DVD-ROM UDF/ISO format????

That reallocation error appears to have something to do with the modification dates. If the dates of some of your dvd files are different you will get that error.

Use the full Nero Burning Rom, not Express. Once you select DVD-Video or DVD-UDF, go to the dates tab. Select "Set volume creation and modication to current date and time". Then below select "Use Current Date and Time" for file dates. Now you will not get that reallocation error anymore. You will also not get that fail to read file error that comes up sometimes.

Hope this helped.
