Now if they could hire compentent customer service personnel, AND if their products would work as advertised, AND if they would test out their software to get the bugs out, THEN maybe they would be a decent, reliable company.

Well I bought Edition recently and I'm very happy with it. IMHO, it's ten times the NLE Premiere ever was, or will be, and is much more stable.

I bought a PCTV capture card and couldn't get Pinnacle's own software to install the drivers for it. My computer (running xp) would recognize the card. I email Pinnacle customer support, called them, and posted to them on their webboard with no response. Since then, I got it to work with the btwincap drivers but it still peeves me. I asked them which drivers corresponded with the audio and video but they couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me.
