Trying to use Smartripper on Alan Partridge

I've tried ripping Alan Partridge and when smartripper starts up it says that it cannot unlock the film and if I ignore the problem it still does not work, What can I do?

I'd be greatful of all information!

You should really have put this in the decryption forum. Try using DVD Decrypter (www.dvddecrypter.com), the errors youll get back from that (if any) will be far more informative...
