i pretend to grab vhs and hi-8 footage with this adapter..

Please let me know what you think about it..

Hi, the card aint that bad, I used it for about half a year of capping, yesterday, XMAS, mommy got me a MSI TV@nywhere, I am having a few problems with it but more on that in another thread.

The card is pretty solid, preformance is great, no problem capping at high-resoloutions. I capture regularly with it at either 720x576(you can tweak your registry to make it run at 768x576 if you want). But often at 480x576 (SVCD). I have done SVCD conversions of the captured files and the quality is good, the only problem is the source isn't fantastic as my el' crappo digital satellite box isn't that great. I capture only through that with the card. i started a thread a while ago on samples for capturing with many sources and with different cards. I also created a small web-site (havn't had the time to do more on it but I will pick it up tommorow hopefully, after today, boxing day, feel it is best spent with the family. Does any other countries (out of the commomwealth, group of countries that we ran if people arn't sure) that have boxing day? Anyways.

Specifically, the website with the collected samples is... http://www.aa981752.force9.co.uk , there is about 65-70 megs of samples so far, not too bad but I need to add links to the DVB samples and upload a few more.

Or were you just agreeing that the canada, being in the commonwealth indeed had boxing day.
