Is there any DivX 5 "directshow only" package for download?

I want an installer that only have the directshow filter (for playback).

The codec from DivX.com bundled with a crappy divx player.

I really want "small as posible" file for the divx CD I created.

there's no such thing. I had a codec only installer for divx5.00 which I just recently removed since it's outdated. Your best show is to use ffdshow. If it's too large, install it, copy only the ax on your cd and write a short install script.

BTW, it would be nice if someone make a hacked version of divx5 installer (codec only).
