Navpacks and editing vob and cell ID's

Anybody know any easy way to change the VOB and CELL ID within the NAVPACKS of the VOB file? I'm having navigation problems with a DVD that has a layer change on the last VOB and it reverts to VOB ID 1 Cell 1 which has already been used in the first VOB. I want to change it to VOB 1 CELL 8 so it won't crash. There are thousands of NAVPACKS to edit. Is there any fast way to do it?

At the moment...nope:( . If it's a non-motion menu then I would consider going into the vobs but I stay away from the motion ones. It's just too stressfull, especially if you miss one change. More power to you.
