Problem with splash screen on TNG RC2

Hi Freaks,

my RC2 region DVD after Season 4 displays a splash screen, which I cannon remove...

The DVD contains of 5 title-sets, where 2-5 are the 4 episodes movies and number 1 contains the splash movie.

The "First Play PGC" of VIDEO_TS points to the title-set 2 with 3 sep. magic sets and 1 Jump

Set GPreg<5> mov (set-val)<0>
Set GPreg<1> mov (set-val)<1>
(JumpSS VTSM) Jump to Titleset 2, title 1, root --> which should launch the main menu

the VTS_02_O.IFO contains some pre and post commands in the VTS_PGC_1
mainly Link Program entries.

If I remove the 3 set commands, as result the main movie appears directly but the intro is also missing (which I want to keep)

I cannot find any jump to the titleset 1, are there any other places to check for jumps ?

If i perform a "Delete Playback" with that Title-Set1, the result is fine on my comp but crashes in the player....

Can you list your post commands in vts_02_0.ifo if it's not alot. It's probably jumping back to a video_ts pgc-menu.

Yes, there is such a jump:
VTS_02_0.IFO, VTS_PGC_1:
1 Post-cmd:
(callSS vmgm) call vmg pgc: 9 [Resume Cell:1]

i did alter it to pgc 8 just for fun, but i cannot see any difference...

sure, the funny thing is, that PGC_Menu_9 itself calls vts2 again:

(both PRE cmd's)
Set GPrec<2> mov (set-val)<41>
JumpSS VTSM TitleSet 2,title 1, root-menu

no idea, whats going on there. The Pre pf the root-menu of vts2 consits of more than 100 PDC entries all with several Pre...
