the DVB capture files are nothing else mpeg2 video streams + mp2 audio streams(very, very and very rarely with ac3). SO just follow the guides of doom9 or the guides on www.vcdhelp.com for DVD -> SVCD conversion. Instead of VOB files use your DVB-mpg files. Notice: the very most of DVB-mpg files are interlaced and with botten-first, whith evtl. must be checked in the filter/encoding options.

The audio track of DVB-mpg file(whith produced/demuxed by DVD2AVI) can be used in most cases directly for SVCD(muxing), because the most svcd-compliant dvd players are able to play the svcd with 48khz audio. To make it svcd standard conpliant, reencode the mpa/mp2 audio to 44khz in besweet or headAC3he(check resample to 44khz).
