Problems playing dvd-r on Phillips 950

Made a two dvd copy of Twister using DVDXcopy, pioneer 105 burner, latest Nero. Either DVD works great on my computer, but Phillips 950 can't read either disc. Called and factory said the Phillips would read the DVD-R. Any answers or ideas about this? T. I. A.

1) Make an .img file with inforedit and burn the image.
2) Check to make sure you are using quality media.

If I understand you right, make an .img file of both and burn with Nero? I have only used dvdxcopy once, I will have to check if I can save but not burn. Thanks
