First,Download this RPC-1 utility (http://perso.club-internet.fr/farzeno/dvds/Rpcde.zip) and then
Turn off (Disable) The RPC Mode of Your DVD Drive.
Works like a charm with LTD-165H Model (Not tested with 165D Though)
You Can Check Whether Your Drive Is Region Free With This (http://www.cdvdinfo.subnet.dk/cdvdinfo.zip)
