is there a program out there that will let me join two or more mpegs exact. I have an svcd movie thats split onto two cd's but i want to join them then put them on dvd as an svcd. I know i have to convert the sound and the first header etc.. but the main problem is that whomever made the 2 disc set, cd2 begins with maybe a few seconds from the end of disc 1 i need it to join so that i can take those few seconds out. i hope that makes sense

MyFlix-XE (a commercial product) can do it. You can use TMPGenc as well, it might take a little fiddling to get the the clips qutie aligned (use the MPEG-TOOLS / EDIT-CUT).

NEVER SEEMS TO WORK RIGHT ALSO AFTER YOU CUT IT IT REWRITES THE HEADER AND EVERYTHING I NEED SOMETHING THAT JUST JOINS AND NOTHING ELSE

MyFlix-XE is only for mpe1(or vcd .dat), so far I know.
M2-Edit Pro 4.0/5.0 also for mpg1/2. Try it in stead.

Nope you must specify what the m2-edit pro 5.0 not did what you hoped.
