Ok i did search and read about this topic but nothing is working when i insert my m2v file it gets to 99% then give me the error temporal references in GOP (numbers)error then removes the m2v file.what all can i try to fix this?

I don't suppose you'd care to tell us which programyou're using, would you? It might help :rolleyes:

I'm assuming it's Scenarist or Maestro...

Please state what encoding settings you are using, and what format you are encoding to (i.e. PAL or NTSC). You say you have read other threads but had no luck using the advice contained therein - so what have you actually tried, in order to solve the problem?

Doh sorry its in Maestro i use smartripper to rip.ive tried reinstalling everything tried avifile and aviresetall.i cant think of what else i tried at the moment.my settings are set at NTSC slide length 5 secs in Maestro.

I've gotten these messages before when the input .VOB stream was corrupted.
