I've got an old tape which I want to capture. But the signal is so weak that I get a lot of dropped frames. This matter is discussed in several other threads.
My question is though...
Is there a filter or program that does some funky interpolation in the dropped areas that I could use to make the video less jerky?
Maybe I should get a signal amp and see if that help. The problem is that it costs about $100.
