Can any one help with my encoding prob from avi (DivX) in DVD2SVCD

When I encode using DVD2SVCD with CCE 2.5 from DivX (avi) it encodes really strangely, its a hard thing to describe, needles to say you get a sort of purple trace of the previous frames that then finally dispear after a few sceond then apear again. this happens on all res/ bitrates NTSC and PAL, but only on Divx sources never DVD.

Any help would I would be greatfull.:confused:
