i always use ifoedit to strip my dvd's but i came up with something intriging to say the least.
when i strip audio and subs i don't need... i only get the english subs, even if i choose other language. the problem seems to be in the fact that the subs have 2 (two) id's.
here's what i mean... (pic below)
is there a way for me to change the id's???

for 'Nederlands' there should only be 0x29

Olá,

I see that you don't need more help now, that issue but my head spinning 6 months a go, if you use Vobedit and that solve your problem for now, it's possible that in the future you have another issue.

nop!!! i didn't use vobedit.
used a nice tool, called DVD2DVDR.
search for it in the forum i've posted about it many times.

Yes you are right, I use that tool many times, but even DVD2DVDR have some issues. If you use it on Driven directly from original you can't pick portuguese subtitle, the some for seamless breanching titles.

Bom fim de semana.

Driven is a warner brothers title, right???
if so that title is multi PGC therefore a bithc to do!!!
i haven't done that movie..
i did it once on divx, but since that movie is not so great...
(Stalone should have retired a long time ago) i'm not doing it again...

Yes Driven is a Warner film, but that is not the problem since a lot off Warner films don't have this issue on DVD2DVDR. I think that the problem is the multi id subtitle in Warner movies.
So just for the record, in this cases you have to strip the movie on ifoedit, removing id logo, next make a image off resulting vobs, daemon tools, DVD2DVDR (multi id subtitle issue), and finaly burn it.
So a loot off work for a very bad movie.

one more thing...
i think you can extract the subs in subrip...
when you open the files the two sub id's will correspond to full scren and letterbox...
choose letterbox and save as .sup, so that the file can be imported in ifoedit.
