I have created a DVD... as these are tutorial files for presentation [Sit in the class presetation for new parents] on a hospital. If we have new DV file captured from the 1394 Cam and want to add it to this DVD. How can we do so quickly as it is then distributed [ISO] to other satellite hospitals around. I see the video structure as being VTS_video -> VTS_01_1. Can I add new updates [by authoring] to this DVD without having to redo it again as it took a long time. Adivse and help ? Appreciated. Thanks and any help needed.

Your best bet is if you still have the work files you used when you created the DVD the first time. That way you can add the new files to the project and modify menus as necessary to accomodate them.
The newest versions Sonic MyDVD and DVDProducer write some hidden files to the DVD's that they author that allow you to re-open the project even without the files on your hard drive (this is called OpenDVD). It is expected that eventually the rest of the Sonic product line would incorporate this feature (perhaps even Scenarist).
If your DVD was not created by an OpenDVD authoring tool, then you will have to do things the hard way (using tools available at http://www.doom9.org):
[list=1]
Use DVD Decrypter to demux all of the audio and video files for the movies on the DVD. Be sure to set the option to get a chapter list for your authoring application.
Use SubRip to demux all of the subtitles and the menu overlays.
Use DVD2AVI to save BMP files of all of the still menus and the audio for all of the menus.
Use Vobrator or vStrip to demux all of the motion menus.
Examine all of the files produced to figure out what's what (your assets)--DVD2AVI is good for previewing MPEG-2 files, while your software DVD player can probably be coaxed into playing AC-3 files.
If your authoring program expects system streams (like Ulead's authoring programs), use TMPGenc to mux the video and audio together for each asset.
Import everything into your authoring program and recreate all of the hotspots and all of the links (including First Play).
Add in the new files.
Test until you're sure you've got everything right.
Save everything to a removable hard drive so you'll be ready for next time.

There are numerous guides at http://www.doom9.org to cover all of this in detail.
